Hello Jeff, I think just above the Grapic there should be an edit box where you enter your email address. I don't know why but once when I tryed to install the latest version once upon a time. I think I did just like you and entered on the grapic but it didn't work so it was then I found the edit box above to type in my email address and for some reason it worked after that. Hi all. I'm using the public bayda of Jaws 11. This afternoon, I tried to download ITunes 9 from the ITunes website but I couldn't because where you are supposed to hit the enter key to down load the exicuteable file, thereis a graphic. I tried doing a left mouse click but that didn't work either.If anyone can help me with my situation, it would be appreciated.
