Jamie, I do know this checkbox for some previous versions of Jaws and therefore, I sure went exactly to that one and it solved my Word XP too. But, I do have a big problem with OE6 in the edit of the new message typing. I don't see Braille, at all in Jaws9 but can see well in the other previous versions. I had reported that problem to FS Tech, support. Anyway, I am glad that it did the trick. First, how did you know so quickly that this was my problem? Second, how did that checkbox get checked in my installation of the beta when other people don't seem to be having this issue? Glad the problem is fixed but really want you to fill in the blanks for me. Thanks. -----Original Message----- From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Moti Azrad Sent: Wednesday, October 03, 2007 2:14 AM To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: Jaws 9 beta reads nothing in MS Word 2003 Jamie, When you are in MS Word, open configuration manager by insert+6 on the numrow and press alt+s for user options, arrow down to text processing and enter on it. Tab here until you get to enhancing support - this checkbox is checked, you have to uncheck it by spacebar, go by tabbing to ok and ctrl+s for save the changes. Now, close and open again the MS Word and I hope it is now ok.
