Well I did check the hot key for answer call and hang up too ,when I press alt pageup to answer the call it wouldn't let me answer the call at all and when someone calll me and I want to hang up on the person by alt pagedwn it would not end the call. Also it wouldn't let me add the contact either .

The Skype 4 beta does not implement all features yet, and one feature that is not working yet is the hotkeys like Alt+PgUp and Alt+PgDn. You can set them up, but they will not work yet. I'm sure this will be addressed in an upcoming Skype 4 beta. The Skype company has been clear though that not everything is in this beta yet.
