In the JAWS help menu, press enter on keyboard shortcuts. For reference, changing the rate, temporarily, can be done with CTRL+alt+page up (increase) and CTRL+alt+page down (decrease).

Is there somewhere that I can obtain shortcut keys for JFW 7?

Is there a way to change the rate, without going into the options menu?
