Hi Don, I don't use Outlook normally, so can you be more specific about what
you are doing? After you press control N, how do you bring up the address
book? Do you press control shift B while in the to field? And then you tab
to the extended select list box of names? I have Outlook 2003, but it is
reading the first name in the list for me. But is that the way you do it or
how?

Debbie

Have tried that and than does help; but, the problem is when you first open
or begin a new message with ctrl n and then choose the addresses and when do
that is when the problem occurs where doesn't read the entire name like Joe
and June Smith which it will only read the first name normally. But, if you
use the jaws read a line insert 8 then reads it fine.

This didn't happen nor occur with JFW5.0.

Thanks.
