Jaws 10.0 and StartStop Medical transcription System

Hello listers.
I'm just starting my final course in medical transcription. The system I'm
using is the StartStop medical transcription software (student edition) and
three peddle system.
It seems that it doesn't get along with Jaws very well and I'm wondering if
anyone else here on the list has had the same problem.
If so, were you able to get it under control and if so what steps were taken?
