Jaws 10, IE8 and Windows Vista Home

Hi to all.
Having recently downloaded Internet Explorer 8, I am finding I cannot read
websites properly. When I've typed in the address etc., it comes up with
HTTP and the name of the website.
I've tried cursoring up/down and refreshing the page but no good.
Can anyone advise me if I need to change any settings in Jaws or how I can
sort out this problem?
