JFW and short cut keys?

Hello Group
Some how I have gotten the short cut keys "control plus alt plus J" to start "New Office Document" instead of JFW?
There is no "New Office Document" on my Desktop and none in my Programs. There is "New Office Document" in my Start list though.
What would it hurt to delete the "New Office Document" in my start up list?
Bottom line is I want to stop control plus alt plus J to stop starting the "New Office Document" so that I can get it back to starting JFW instead of what is going on now!

I am running Windows XP Home, JFW 6.2 and Pentium 4.
