Insert +s is also refered to as key echo if that clarifies things.  I like the
suggestion to rename sayall to readall, unfortunately, it's been sayall for
quite some time so that would bad ui design.  Of course jaws didn't care about
ui (user interface) when the revamped the menu structure for v4.0.

Hi, you are correct, insert numpad two does read all, but it only reads
from where your cursor is to the end of what you are reading.  When the say
all mode for JFW for the AVG antivirus stuff was being discussed, that
meant say all as in Jaws reading absolutely everything on the screen and
not only just the highlighted text.  Hope that made some more sense?
