I've used CasperXP from Future Systems Solutions and found it fine
with Jaws. Its a back-up program that lets you access the drive
after its completed if you need to. It took me about 25 mins or so
to back-up a 200GB HD to an external USB drive but take into account
that although all 200GB is backed up there was only about 15GB of
data on the drive at the time. You can find it at:
