Hi. You need to widen your columns so that Outlook will read the whole name.

Go into message view and arrow down until you hear "format columns". Then make
the columns as wide as you can.

I seem to remember an easier way to do this but am not sure so if somebody else
knows, please jump in.

Subject: [JFW] A question about JAWS and Outlook..

Hi,

Okay, I hope this question makes sense.

Recently, I downloaded and installed AOL instant messenging. When I go
into
Outlook to check my mail, Jaws used to read the person's entire display
name. Example, it used to say: Shelly L Rhodes: Re: (subject line). This was
before I downloaded and installed AIM.

Now, it only says: Shell ... And then the subject line.

It doesn't make any sense to me, but I'm wondering if downloading
another
program/s has anything to do with JAWS not reading the display name in its
entirety.
It drives me a bit nuts because for instance, there are more than one
person in my address book named Becky. Before, Jaws used to read Becky
followed by last name. Now it only says: "Beck..." followed by subject line.
And again, I noticed this started as soon as AIM was downloaded and
installed.

        ::Puzzled::

                Khanh
