JFW 9 issues

Already finding an issue with it.
I wen on

and immediately my internet explorer made the click sound and locked up jaws
I had sighted person lookand all other programs were open the system had
not crashed. Jaws just refused to read anything. I loaded narrator and got
everything closed.

I was able to put in my user name and password but when I tried to access
the locator frame encountered the same problem. .
thoght oh wow my internet explorer is having issues,so I did a fresh
restart loaded JAWS 8 and the problem somehow magicly disappeared. Any
suggestions?
