Well, that's an absurd and unconscionable interest rate he's asking of you! 
I suggest contacting your local office of the National Federation of the 
Blind and a capable attorney immediately and we'll make these monsters pay 
for putting us in houses with glass roofs for exorbitant mortgage rates!
