What is this feature used for? I've never done this on my PC, so I'm just
curious as to what purpose it serves?

Somehow, the JFW on a laptop I'm working on just keeps speaking all
characters, some characters, no characters, etc.
How do I get this out of this mode?
I am not even sure what I did, but when I down arrow, this is all I hear.
