JFW 5.0 and the print screen key?

Dear Listers,
I am using JFW 5.0 on a laptop with Windows 98 Second Edition and my home PC
with XP Pro.
On both of these computers, the print screen key does not copy the screen to
the clipboard.
Does JAWS turn off the print screen key, and if so, how do you turn on the
print screen key?
