Hi Dale,
None of these packages support web-based email. However, most email
providers (most ISPs), offer you both a traditional smtp/pop3 interface
(the kind outlook and outlook express use), and a web-based interface,
to your email account that they provide. Your friend should ask the ISP
if they offer web-based email, and if so, they don't have to switch from
outlook express, and jaws 5 with a browser should be fine.
It's possible I've misread your question, but you would have to be
talking about a corporate environment using an exchange server with OWA
before it makes any sense to talk about switching from outlook express
to outlook for web-based email.
