hi. I never had any of the problems associated with arrowing in listviews or other sluggishness. It's very possible that when SP 2 is installed that some of the windows settings were set back to windows defalts, so it's worth checking to make sure that all the FS recommended settings are still in place. I have SP 2 running here and have no problems. The only things I did when upgrading to SP 2 were I stopped the security scenter service from running and disabled the windows firewall. Other than that everything is just as it should be and JAWS 6 works like an absolute dream on here, it's the smoothest and fastest version of JAWS to date.
