JAWS freezing

Hi to the list:
I am running JAWS 5.0844 and windows XP and for some reason JAWS is freezing
up at different times and in different applications especially on the
internet. Has anyone else had this problem? Should I reinstall JAWS? I also
have 768 of ram. Thanks
