I i have a question concerning the default codek which is supposed to be
found in windows 98? Recently I had to reformat and when I came back after
installing windows 98. I noticed my cdex would not work. I assumed it was
because I lacked an mp3 codec. I installed one I saved from my version of
total recorder. My question is: Where is this default codec located. I
had a lot of decoders, but, I fear, no encoders. I would like to get back
my default incoder if possible. Thanks lots.
