JAWS and IE 6.90

I'm using IE 6.0 and XP Pro, along with the latest public build of JAWS 5.0,
Build 844.

I want to accomplish two things in IE:

First, I want to make it tell me what item number I'm on in a combo box.
For instance, if there are 11 items, and I'm on Item 3, I want it to say:

New Query, 3 of 11

Is this possible, and if so, what setting do I need to change?

Secondly, when navigating a table, I want to know what record number I'm on.

What is the easiest way to accomplish this?

Thanks.

Lora
