The address didn't work for me. But, try this. Find the link in question. Right click it and select "copy shortcut". Next, open your favorites folder, but don't do it from within IE; navigate to it using My Computer or Windows Explorer. When the folder's open, then go to File, New, and Shortcut. When asked for the command line, paste in the shortcut with a ctrl+v. That worked for me; I just tried it a minute ago. Cheers!
