JAWS 9.0 in Spanish, Problem on the web and in Word

Hi all,
a friend of mine recently downloaded the JAWS 9.0.2169 in Spanish, and
whenever she tries to open a web page in IE, the following error message
appears:
"FS Dom Server
---------------------------
Cannot Load Language Specific DLL (C:\Archivos de programa\Freedom
Scientific\Shared\FsDomSrv\10.12\FSDomSrv.esn).
FS Dom Server will attempt to Load the default Language DLL".
JAWS has been installed correctly.
Any ideas?
The OS is XP SP3 in Spanish, and office 2003 in Spanish as well.
Speaking of Office, every document she tries to open slows the machine down
completely.
