Perhaps his default email composing format is html or rich text; if so,
change it to plain text, I find that works much better for jaws.

I have a JAWS user I'm working with who is getting some
unepected behavior between JAWS 8 and ms outlook 2003. For example he
can't navigate word by word in a text message being drafted. He used to
be able to tab around within spellchecker but now he finds
unpredictability in to tabbing, he never knows on which line the cursor
is going to land after performing some operations such as deleting text.

I'm wondering if anyone else has had trouble with JAWS 8, and
whether we can fix it be shiting to JAWS 9. Ideas anyone?

        Thanks
