since you asked, its obvious you are not aware that jfw can answer this 
question.


other than the help under the help menu option of jfw their is 3 other 
types of support.

you probably already no about insert f 1, but insert w list the hot keys 
that are native to that application if freedom scientific plugged them and 
insert h list any hot keys that are scripted.


so insert h should give you all the keystrokes for the tables.


escape will close that feature.

not sure if you need to be on a table when you do it or not.
