It's not accessible and steinberg the company who makes cubase fales to come 
back to me on this topic i've emailed them a few times asking them if they have 
any future plans to make their software accessible, but like i said no luck no 
responce.

Are you referring to Cubase?
If so, I think it's very much not accessible. I'll dig a bit more on another 
list to see what I come up with.

class they use a software package called Cupise.  Does anyone know if this
