That answered our question. Sorry to inform you that the display you've
mentioned will not work with 64-bit JAWS.

To be honest, I don't understand your first question regarding the
connection port; I have a 64-bit, and yes, I did restart JAWS but it still
didn't work.

What is the connection port for Tiemann display (Com1, Com2, etc.)? Also,
what kind of JAWS version do you have (a 32-bit or 64-bit executable)? Also,
did you restart JAWS after configuring the Braille display?
