Hi Brian,

Yes, you should have removed the CD before rebooting. I suspect that your
computer is trying to find an operating system on that CD from which to boot
up, so just pop it out and everything should work all right.

    Hope this helps,

    Don

  Subject: Installation set up question

  Hi Friends,
I'm trying to install Jaws on my computer, Windows 2000. I inserted the Jaws
program CD and shortly after words it said, install button, so I pressed the
space bar. Then after a few minutes it said that it had made some changes and
to set up with speech press the enter key so it could restart the computer. I
then pressed the enter key. It did not tell me to remove the program CD before
I let the computer restart. Was I suppose to remove it at that time? I've now
been waiting for the computer to restart or for some kind of affirmation that I
am now ready to continue the set up process, but have gotten no instructions.
Any suggestions on what I should do. Can I remove the program CD and start over
without doing any damage. I'd appreciate any help.
  Brian
