Inserting a new row in Excel Spreadsheet

Hi, all.
Can someone tell me how to insert a new row in an already-existing Excel
spreadsheet?
I am using Jaws 11 and Windows XP with Office 2007 here.
I have to believe there's a Jaws key stroke for this purpose.
