Hi,
I am still testing JAWS and MAGIC but anticipate no problems.

This laptop A3110, weighs 6 pounds and works well with the Quella keys,Access 32 and floppy disks using the Fujitsu external floppy. The external numpad (purchased from mwave.com) is a Kensington allowing one to use the desktop layout with JAWS.

I really think the tech support (24/7) is amazing (also lifelong).

Thus far, there are no keys one can hit by accident to mess things up.
There are 2 extended life battery options.

The keyboard makes sense, has arrow keys not enbedded (right up against other keys) hence are easy to find, has 2 control keys, shifts and alts, and importantly a scroll lock and insert key for MAGIC laptop keyboard users. (Many laptop manufacturers are taking the scroll lock and insert keys off the keyboard meaning no alternative for the MAGIC key in laptop keyboard mode).

One can disable touch pad with F N key + F4 and turn on bluetooth on or off for using bluetooth mouse for a second then turn off bluetooth saving battery life. It has 3 USB ports: and for MAGIC users, the screen is 9 inches high with great clarity.

For more info, tech support is 1 800 8 fujitsu.

Some outlets like Fry's will swap (for around $70) X P Media Center for X P Home so one can use JAWS standard; one gets free copy of VISTA when it comes out very soon.

thanksto those who posted laptop information; it helped to read all those messages.
