Why not just use alt+n and then press the click here button which pops up?
From there, you have access to the information bar.

Hi Barry,

Personally I use the JAWS cursor to open the information bar menu.
So basicly i do the following:
1 Route JAWS to PC with JAWSKey+NumPadMinus.
2 Move the JAWS cursor to the top of the window with the PageUp key..
3 Arrow the JAWScursor down until I reach the InformationBar with NumPadDow=
nArrow.
4 Click the LetMouseButton with NumPadSlash to open the menu.

I am not aware of a special key combination to do this in one keystroke

Hope this helps.

Best Regards Harald

Subject: Information bar on web pages

Hi folks,

I had a posting on this issue ages ago and saved it but lost my saved
e-mails in a PC crash. Wondered if anyone can help me out...

When clicking on links on some pages I get a message that comes up saying
something like I need to click on the icon on the information bar. If this=

very vague description rings any bells, I think that there was a Jaws key
combo that got you to a drop down menyu giving you options on what to do
next. Does anyone have any clues what I'm talking about! I've looked
around the help files for Jaws as much as I could but found nothing,
although it's probably staring me in the face!!

All suggestions gratefully received...

Barry G
