Jeff: Unfortunately there's no one universal call center software that works with JFW. Each call center has its own software deployed for its employees. It may or may not work with screen reader software. Sometimes the software can be scripted so that blind people can access the system so they can work with the same software that the sited employees are using. So one company maybe using call center software put out nationally for many companies and another call center might be using software developed just for there own employees. Hope this helps!
