I need the "Active X controls"!

Hello Freedom Scientific and JFW List Serve:
This is the problem, I am getting some sort of error message whenever I type
something up in MS Word, then paste it in either Outlook or Outlook Express.
The message states something to the effect of me not having, "Active X
Controls" installed on my PC? As a result, I wanted to ask everyone I know
where can I download these "Active X Controls"? Would someone help me and send
me a link from where I can download such files? Please send me the link to
betoescobar3@xxxxxxxxxxx
