There is a link to share the card on Facebook, but when I press the Enter key
the Facebook window does not open. But there is no "Send to Facebook" tab. I
got into Configuration Manager with Internet Explorer and changed the Graphics
Labeler from reading just HTML to reading all, but that did not solve the
problem.

it might not be labeled correctly. sometimes there is just a number or it
may be called something completely illogical. try doing a find control f for
face book or changing verbosity settings for reading html tags.

      Dear Listers:

I am unable to locate a particular tab using JAWS. Am I doing something
wrong or using the wrong keystroke, or is the tab just not accessible?

I am a subscriber to the Blue Mountain e-card service, and have recently
learned that you can send one of their e-cards on Facebook. The instructions
telling how to do this are as follows:

First, sign in to your Blue Mountain membership, which I can do with ease.

Next, locate the e-card you wish to send and click the "personalize and
send," button, which I can also do using JAWS.

Next, click on the "send to Facebook," tab, which is just above
"personalize your e-card." This is where I am running into trouble. I have no
trouble locating the "personalize your e-card," header by just hitting the
letter H until JAWS speaks it. But when I use the Up Arrow key after locating
the "personalize your e-card," header, JAWS does not speak "send to Facebook,"
at all. I have tried to use the Control+Tab keystroke, but nothing happens.
I've even tried using the JAWS cursor at the top of the "personalize," page,
but with no luck. Am I doing something wrong, or is this tab just not
accessible to JAWS 11? Can one of you listers help me out?

      Have a Holly, Jolly Christmas!!
