Also in Word if you save before you exit, the next time you open the
document, you can return to where you left off by holding shift and
hitting F5.
On the web a nice feature of later versions of Jaws is to return you to
where you were.

Are you talking about in word?
You could insert a bookmark.
Select some text and the point you want to remember.
Insert menu, bookmark (letter K).
Type a name for the bookmark. Don't put any spaces in the name.
Enter on the add button.
Then to go back to the bookmark, press control G for the go to command.
make sure you have bookmarks selected and you can tab to the list of
bookmarks, and find your bookmark and enter on the go to button (or alt
T).
is there a quick navigation key to go from bookmark to bookmark? Or a
way
to list them? I don't remember, I don't use word that much anymore.
