Hi Ricci

What you actually need to do is to send an e-mail to:

jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
with the word unsubscribe in the subject line. The address you sent your
request to is for the e-mail list software and that particular address
doesn't understand unsubscribe requests for these list. So you have to
actually indicate which list you want to be unsubscribed from. Try doing
what I mentioned above, and when replying, make sure that you have the
original message quoted in your e-mail. the software needs to see a bit of
code so it knows that you really do want to unsubscribe.

To post a message to the list, send it to jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send a message to
jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word unsubscribe in the subject line.
Archives located at: //www.freelists.org/archives/jfw

If you have any concerns about the list, post received from the list, or the
way the list is being run, do not post them to the list. Rather contact the
list owner at jfw-admins@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
