Judith,
I'm glad I could help. It may be useful to bear in mind that it's much more
likely for a hotkey combination to involve the Control key, not the Alt key.
You see, in a Windows program, the Alt key is what puts you in the menu
area. Sometimes pressing it alone will just take you to the menu line so
you can arrow back and forth and find the menu you wish to open, and you can
also press alt in combination with the iletter of that menu's name that will
directly pull it open, such as Alt F to open the Files menu.

I think you know what I mean? So if you remember that, then you won't think
of the Alt key so easily when you're doing something like this.

Daniel

Daniel, I did press alt H and couldn't open a thing. I followed your
instructions and got what I wanted. Thanks, Judith
