Help really needed.

Listers,
I really feel bad and embarrassed to have to post this inquiry again.
But I down loaded the windows updates and there were things in the updates that
really hurt my computer to the point that we had to take it back to factory
spects again! Compaq says, three out of four computers are crashing from the
windows updates at this time.
However, I did go to the archives and found some of what I need but not all.
So, if you will, I don't remember your name, but if you will please send me
again the links for the Iowa institute tutorials.
I will back them up right away to a disk so I will have them know matter what
happens.
I need these websites because I am doing someextensive studies for a job.
