Some on this list might bounce this message because it is not exactly on
topic but I am so happy to hear that my good friend Debbie is out there and,
hopefully, getting better all the time. Debbie, if you could send me your
email address off list I would love to write to you again. Everyone should
know that Debbie probably knows more about adaptive technology than any
computer whiz you are likely to meet. She has done countless favors for
jaws users all over the world and is probably one of the most beloved people
in our jaws community. Debbie, we all pray for your speedy and complete
recovery. Love, Judith Bron

Subject: Hello from Debbie Scales
Hi everyone, this is Debbie Scales, many of you will remember me, I usedtorun the JFWLite group and I also consider you many of you my very goodof
friend, smile. Well first just a quick update. To make a very long story
short, last summer I ended up in the hospital for 3 months and the resultiteverything that happened was that I had to have my right kidney removed. Even though I have had a pancreas transplant, and am no longer diabetic, after 20 years of diabetes before the transplant, one kidney wouldn't cutand I had to start dialysis immediately. I am lucky enough that myhusbandand I (after training) are now doing home hemodialyis, which means I don'tgoing
have to go to a center three times a week, which I hated! Things wereIwell, then I got a severe infection, and I'm really struggling to recover from it still. So anyway....the reason I am writing is because that I realize JFWLite has seriously not been kept updated for a very long time.really don't have the energy to go through all the programs to figure outjfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word unsubscribe in the subject line.
what needs updated and what doesn't, but if you want to write me with the
changes you would like to see, I will slowly work on getting it updated at
least. If you write to me, please understand if I am slow to respond, I
have not been on the computer for a very long time and I certainly don't
check my email 24 hours a day the way I used to, ha ha. If you could
remember to put JFWLite in the subject line I would appreciate it so it
would filter to my jfwlite folder. I hope that everyone is doing well.
Debbie Scales
