Handling Check Boxes in MS word Documents using JFW?

Hi All:
I have a couple of questions about how to handle check boxes in MS Word
documents using JFW 7.0. First, is there a good way to identify where
there is a checkbox that needs to be checked? And, if so, how can you
determine whether or not a box is checked or unchecked?
