Have you turned off your antivirus software? You need to do this before you
authorize JFW.

Subject: HJ Auth with Win 2000

I am having trouble installing an authorization key on a Win 2000
computer. The Authorization diskette just sits in the drive and runs.
I have already lost 2 keys from the diskette. This a Jaws professional
authorization diskette.

In my experience, this problem is probably due to an anti-virus program
running. However, I checked the system tray for Norton. Although it is
installed, Norton was not running.

Any tips or tricks concerning the Key installation or disabling Norton
on win 2000 would be appreciated.

Carl
