It is my understanding that openbook and kurtzweil will also back translate.
Thus, you could open a brl file in either, save it to a file format of your
choice, and then read it via jaws.

It is not possible within jaws to have a grade II file back translated, but
if you are really good at mental back translation, you can read the books.
You can use any number of ways though to back translate the file. I know
that duxburry will do this but I don't know for instance if nfb trans will.
I think most if not all of the braille note takers will do it.
