Goldwave again.

Hello!
Today i tried to record a hockey game with goldwave.
But it seem to not work.
So i have a question.
When you have opended a new file an made changes in the properties is it
only to pres ctrl+r to start recording?
I also wonder if there's any shorctut-key list for goldwave?
