Hi Milton, Approaching this situation is done several ways. 1. Columns. Define your page using columns rather than tabs. The advantage here is that your column width will be uniform and you won't have to figure out the longest line in the lot. If you want 3 columns looking even, then that's the easiest way to go. Let Word calculate the column widths and the gutter between each column, then it will adjust your text to fit the column width. 2. Tabs. Tabs are used primarily for tabulating data, such as text and numerical data, such as names, account numbers and the like. If it's strictly text you're after, don't use tabs for the job. If ordered text is how you want your page defined, I'd recommend columns.
