No. This is not correct. I use UltraLingua's French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese/English dictionaries all the time and, with appropriate scripting, assuming you are using Eloquence, each time a line in the opposite language is encountered, the synthesizer automatically switches to that language, then back again when necessary. They work magnificently well.
