You can also bring up your JAWS menu from Start Menu/Programs, choose Tools,
then Explore JAWS, then Explore My Settings.

I too had major problems finding the enu folder as directed. After a bit of
research, I found that hide hidden folders was checked under the folder
options. Once I unchecked that, all is good.
