Hi Alan,
this is a Jaws feature you're talking about, and one I'm sure many of us
would like to learn. Why not post the instructions publicly? that's what
this list is for.

if anyone of you are using jaws 7.0, FS has add a new script for "reply
directly to the sender" when during in an e-mail. but you must add a
keystroke for it in order to make it work.
this features is cool if anyone of you want to reply directly to the sender
but not reply to the list. If anyone of you want the steps, reply to this
list, I will give the steps.
