Basically it would allow a person to fully operate/control a complex, multi-line phone directly from the computer, either speaking all information via the screenreader, or through its own tts engine, (I forget which it was, perhaps it could do both). It would speak all information such as caller ID, which line had someone on hold, ect. However, for the life of me, I can't remember what it was called and I'm not having much luck finding it. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, please let me know. Thanks. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------- Lorne Webber Assistive Technology Specialist Centre for Excellence in Learning Supports RM A524D NorQuest College 10215 - 108 Street, Edmonton, Alberta T5J 1L6 Telephone: [780] 644-6039 Fax: [780] 644-6065 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------
