Here are instructions that Jerry sent for the collapsed message problem.
With Outlook Express open and while you are in the list view, that is with no message open, hit the alt key, right arrow to view and arrow up once to current

view and hit enter. Arrow down to "group messages by conversation, which will probably show as checked and enter on it. That's how that function is toggled.

Voila. That is all you need to do.

Hello all, I must have pressed a wrong key somewhere.I use windows xp home
Outlook Express and Jaws version 9. When I'm in my inbox jaws will keep
