Excel Sorting and summarizing

Hi Folks,
Just wondering if anyone knows how to do folloing in Excel?
I created a spreadsheet that tracks where I go on my PC. The file is called
PFirelog.xlc.
In column f there is a IP address but many of IP addresses are the same.
So I would like to sort on column f and only have 1 line per IP address. Does
anyone know how to do this in Excel?
