John,

Not sure that the "R" for row belongs anywhere in that sequence.

One thing I do to auto adjust is type alt+o, wait a couple seconds, then type
C or R for column or row, then A for auto adjust. You can also substitute W
instead of A to manually adjust the size.

    a few other notes:
Colum and row can be selected by holding down shift or control (shift for
row and control for Colum) and hitting the space bar
    2. you can also use the jaws cursor to select a column (a b c at top of
grid) or row (by clicking on 1 2 3, down the side of the grid) with a left
mouse click and then a right to get options including formatting probabilities.

First, highlight all the cells in the column you wish to AutoFit by
holding down the Shift Key and pressing the down arrow until the appropriate
range is highlighted. Then under the Format menu, press ENTER on Columns, then
scroll down to AutoFit and press ENTER again.

Hi in excel 2003 how do you auto fit the colloms so that everything
written in them is visible? I know sighted folks just double click on the top
of the collom e.g. On a, b or c. Thing is if i write something a little to long
in a cell, jaws doesn't want to read it if i scroll over it, jaws just say text
obscured in collom, or something like that.
